Product Managers (Inside Sales)
Due to company growth, we are adding additional National and Regional Product Managers to the current sales team.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding all revenue quotas within an assigned product. You must have the proven ability to build effective relationships, manage an active sales pipeline, create effective territory plans, and deliver on daily activity expectations. There is minimal travel involved.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years successful business-to-business sales experience with a proven track record in developing and managing a product or service. Candidates will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to make engaging presentations over the phone. Familiarity with local state and federal grants as well as experience in responding to bid invitations and handling requests for proposals a plus. College degree strongly preferred.

Internet Marketing Specialist
In this newly-created role, the Internet Marketing Specialist will manage a million-dollar pay-per-click campaign in order to continually improve NewspaperARCHIVE.com’s dominant market position, executing an aggressive marketing program that generates growth in sales and ensures our site(s) continue to perform at the highest levels in their segments.

You will use your prior experience leveraging Search Engine Optimization and creating successful Pay-Per-Click campaigns to ensure the continuing growth of our websites, as well as pioneering new ones.

The Pay-Per-Click Marketing Manager is responsible for:
  • Managing paid search efforts for various websites, including advertising campaigns on the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, and MSN) and launching and managing advertising programs on other pay per click channels such as Miva, AOL, etc.
  • Creating the overall PPC strategy and executes PPC campaigns at a tactical level to drive website traffic and generate new revenue. Specifically, the PPC Manager will create new individual campaigns, expand keyword lists, test ad text and landing pages, and refine existing campaigns using 3rd party software tools.
  • Analyzing and reporting click rates, conversion, ad expenses, and overall campaign performance to make data driven decisions and constantly improve ad effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Performing ongoing testing of ad copy, ad positions, and landing pages to optimize ad performance.
  • Developing key performance indicators and evaluate the day to day performance of paid search strategies.
  • Researching and collecting data, preparing scheduled and ad hoc reports using internal and external resources, and maintaining records and statistics for the General Manager and members of his management team.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical discipline (such as Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering). Specific requirements and qualifications include:
  • Four years of professional online advertising and marketing experience and be Google AdWords certified.
  • A demonstrated track record of growing one or more pay per click advertising programs for a company (experience at a B-to-C online retailer is preferred, though individuals with B-to-B and agency experience will be considered.)
  • Previous experience managing PPC programs generating in excess of $250,000 in sales per month with at least 5,000 keywords.
  • Experience managing advertising campaigns on all three major search engines (Google, Yahoo, and MSN), and experience with comparison shopping engines (Shopping.com, Nextag, Shopzilla, etc.)
