| Over the past eighteen years we have earned a reputation as an industry leader in newspaper and historical preservation.
Through our experience and knowledge of historical preservation standards, we can ensure quality, accuracy and quick turnaround at
competitive rates. We monitor the dates published and issue numbers and notify the newspaper promptly of missing issues or damaged pages. |

| Our pricing is based upon receipt of camera ready material. This means that the newspapers are prepared for microfilming when they arrive at Heritage. Please follow these
instructions when sending your newspapers for microfilming. |
- Open newspapers to 18" X 24" and place face down in newspaper boxes.Place any inserts behind the main edition. Please keep the newspapers
flat - this improves the quality of the microfilm. (Example: January 1 face down with all section face down in proper order - inserts in
behind date of insertion. The following day, January 2, should be turned face down.) You should have the last publication of the month and
the last page (back) facing you as you close the lid.
- Before shipping please check for:
- Missing issues.
- Missing sections.
- Mutilated pages or torn out articles.
- Poorly printed copies.
- Pack tightly to avoid shifting.
- Notify us of any variation from normal procedure:
- Special Instructions.
- Special Editions.
- Errors in issue numbers, dates or changes to the index.
- Make-ready will be charged at our standard hourly rate if documents require preparation before
microfilming by Heritage. Shipping cartons are available for purchase from Heritage.
